Mr. Darvishi and his team are fantastic. They knew what my case meant to me and the fact most of my family is abroad. It took a little while. In the end Mr. Darvishi and his team managed to close the deal and gain another dismissal. I was kept updated and treat as personal family. This law firm cares about people and results.

Case dismissed! My experience with working with Sean Darvishi and his team has been excellent. Before working with Sean, I worked with another attorney I hold in the highest esteem and consider a friend. Nevertheless, my previous attorney took an assignment as a Judge and referred me to Sean. I am grateful for the referral provided. I was involved in a single-vehicle accident and had to go to the hospital. The DA charged me with a DWI and used a grand jury subpoena to obtain my hospital blood. The hospital blood came back at .141 BAC. The Best Lawyer Money Can Hire
Sean and his team are amazing. I felt like I was taken care of the entire time I was fighting my DWI case. He made sure that it was as painless as possible, despite the circumstances, and gave me expert advice, and professional sympathy for my unfortunate situation (involuntarily roofied at a bar). Amazing Attorney!!!
After almost 9 months of numerous court date resets while awaiting police cam video for the DA, my DWI case was finally dismissed. As a licensed professional a conviction of a DWI could have been devastating to my career but thanks to Sean it’s OVER! Throughout the entire process he was extraordinarily responsive. He always answered all of my questions, returned all calls immediately and was amazing.

Could not have been more pleased
After finding myself in a very unfamiliar and scary place of being accused of DWI, I was referred to Mr. Darvishi. Not only did he keep me from getting my license suspended (and possibly losing my job) he also got my case dismissed and restored my good name and clean criminal record. TWO cases DISMISSED!
I called Darvishi after some time consuming research for some of the best lawyers in Houston for DWI. Many of these lawyers were arrogant, and obviously just telling me what I wanted to hear. However, after explaining my situation to Sean, he was very direct and never sugarcoated anything or made any false promises. He remained in contact with me for the duration of my case and helped ease my anxieties. After all this, TWO CASES DISMISSED AND MY LICENSE BACK!!!

CASE DISMISSED!
Mr.Darvishi, was the perfect man for the job. This was my first defense(DWI) and I had no idea what to do, luckily I was referred to him by another firm. After a couple of minutes Of speaking with Sean I instantly knew I had nothing else to worry about. His structure is very straight forward and he always communicated with me. Felony poss of marijuana DISMISSED!!!
Words cannot explain how grateful I am to have a lawyer like Mr. Darvishi. He is very knowledgeable, understanding and knows the law front and back. At times I was worried that the case would be a total downfall for me, but he had a way of reassuring me things would turn out okay. In the end my case was dropped and DISMISSED completely!! Look no further, you found your man
I was arrested for a DUI in November 2018. I was very lost about the process and did not know what to do; until, i was recommend to this man right here. He was VERY stright forward and honest from the start. It was a relief, truly calming everytime you have a face to face or phone conversation with him (or his team). He will go through every detail revolving your case, and anything minuet that comes across (He fought Intoxalock for me, it was great). Long story short, he did exactly what he said. Fought for me, defended me, and the case was dropped at the end of it all. You need this man and his exquisite team.

3rd DWI CHARGES DISMISSED
Mr. Darvishi is one straight forward attorney! He tells you everything that may or can happen with the case and tells it straight forward. Unlike other lawyers that say they can try to do some but don’t. He keeps you up to date,answers every question you have for him professionally and truthfully…..He keeps you up to date about your case unlike others that you have to call to find out how your case going. But I do recommend Mr Darvishi if you looking for a D.W.I. lawyer. 10+⭐
